you are currently experiencing leaks in any of these areas,
have your leak repaired and save the failed part(s) and the
repair receipt. You will need to submit a Claims Eligibility
Form (CEF).

leak in these areas is typically an interior leak and should
be entered into the section for interior leaks (Plumbing System)
on the CEF. |

you are experiencing an active leak in one of these areas, there
are two more questions which will help you to assess the origin

If
the leak source is still undeterminable, typically
this should be entered into the section for interior leaks
(Plumbing System) on the CEF.

the active leak between the city connection (or water source
for wells and cisterns) and the shutoff valve? (A shutoff
valve is close to the house or inside the house and shuts
the water off to the interior water lines. This is not
the meter valve.)

test without the assistance of the local water company. If you
are in one of these areas and find you are unable to conduct
this test, please contact the local water company to help with
