APPEALABLE ISSUES

While it is impractical to attempt to list all possible valid issues which may come up on appeal, these issues are generally found in situations of five types.

1. Delays in filing a claim in timely fashion which results in a denial of benefits

2. Errors which result in denial or reduction of benefits paid.

3. Missing information which resulted in a denial of  benefits.

4. Mistaken information which results in a reduction in the amount of benefits paid.

5. Extenuating circumstances which warrant special consideration
